Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of original purchase date, provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt and tags attached. If you received a 'gift with purchase' (GWP) with your original order, this item must also be returned.
Custom made (Bespoke & Made to Measure), special orders or personalized items are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You may exchange your unused item within 30 days of original purchase for a different size or color, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and we will reply promptly.
In case of a manufacturer defect, please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the defective area of your item and detailed explanation.
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased at www.les-archivistes.com or at a Les Archivistes physical location may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the original purchase or on a Les Archivistes Gift Card.
We must be able to find the original transaction in our system in order to process any refund or exchange.
How to request a refund
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start your exchange or return authorization process with a note about the reason for your exchange or return. We will then reply with further instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after the item has arrived at our premises.
Please be aware that some refunds may take a few days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Please keep any tracking information for your return shipments, Les Archivistes is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order it must be done before your item has shipped out of our premises, once the item has shipped we are not able to cancel your order and you would have to wait to receive your parcel and process as a regular return.
To cancel your order before shipping please email us immediately to email@example.com
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend obtaining a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your original purchase included such fees.
